Pasta with a Twist!  Michela Chiappa is Welsh, but comes from a huge Italian family. She and her two sisters have been making traditional Italian dishes and pasta since they were bambinos. In this exciting new food series, Michela takes you through the basics of pasta-making, just how they do it in Italy, demonstrating how home-made pasta is the stuff of celebration and will transform any mealtime into an Italian feast.

    In this first episode, Michela shows us how easy it is to make delicious fresh pasta at home...without the use of any gadgets. She starts by creating the perfect pasta dough and rolling it by hand to make simple Linguine Primavera, long, thin ribbons of pasta with a Zesty, Spring Vegetable Sauce.
